We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for patients requiring post-hospital care, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term residents. Our Clinical Care Teams are focused on implementing your personalized care program to facilitate your recovery and improve your well-being with a special focus on wounds and trach care. We pride ourselves on the most-tenured staff with 18 staff members who each have over 20 years of experience. Our residents enjoy free wi-fi, cable hook-up and telephones in every room, several church services each week, and various activities 7 days a week.
