As the Nursing Home Administrator at Chapel Manor I bring 20+ years of experience as an administrator from Assisted Living to Long Term Care. Through the years my purpose was to always put the residents' needs we care for first and foremost, and at times even before my own. I often ask myself in this ever changing business known as “healthcare” why I continue to do what I do and I am reminded daily why. It's from a simple “thank you” or a smile from a resident you helped that make their day, and then I tell myself that is why. I have proven experience and positive results in building teams that deliver a high-level of resident care. As I continue in this business I will always put people's wants and needs first and continue to make the days of our residents better than the day before.

This is an organization that assists and educates in the leadership of Nursing Homes in our state of Pennsylvania. At Chapel Manor I’ve been an attending physician since 1991 and the Medical Director since 2000. For several years I’ve worked with our parent company Genesis Healthcare to provide quality professional services in the facility.
