Crestwood Center is an 81 bed facility located minutes away from the historical oval in Milford, NH. Crestwood can offer residential long-term care, respite care, hospice care, as well as therapy services for those patients who need rehabilitation before returning home.

He worked for Powerback Rehabilitation at Mountain Ridge Center for 5 years as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant before spending an additional 5 years at another skilled nursing facility in Nashua, NH. Before completing the Administrator in Training program, he was the Admissions and Marketing Director for a 290-bed facility for 1.5 years. His Administrator training program helped him gain experience in many different affiliated Centers across New Hampshire from May 2021 through official licensure in June of 2023.

Born and raised in Southern NH, Michelle resides in the area with her two children and dog. She enjoys music, art, and reading.
