Maple Glen Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. ACCELerate is designed to get you back home as quickly as possible after a hospital stay. The Center offers Cardiac Management, Wound Care Management and Respite Care. Maple Glen Center also offers Long Term Care services on three other units. The Clinical Team is composed of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, 24-hour Nursing Care, Nurse Practitioner, and an In-House Physician.

Everyone in this place is very nice, pleasant and helpful. Medical and Nursing care is wonderful. Rehabilitation was very helpful and brought me back to my physical independence. The food was also really good. I recommend Maple Glen to anyone who is looking for a place with good Rehabilitation, Medical and Nursing Care!

No matter what hospital I go to, I always get comments that the best Rehab around is Maple Glen. When I came I doubted I would ever walk again or be able to go home again, but thanks to the Nurses, Aides and Rehab I am feeling more secure with myself.
