Christina has worked in health care since 2004, beginning her career initially with us as a Recreation Director. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, she worked as a Director of Marketing and Admissions and Nursing Scheduler prior to becoming a Licensed Administrator in 2016. Christina enjoys leading her team with enthusiasm and compassion, and providing the highest quality of care to every resident. Michelle worked for Miletree Center for 6 years and held the roles of staff nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator backup and Nurse Practice Educator. She left Genesis in 2011 to pursue an opportunity as a dialysis nurse manager, but realized that long-term care was her true passion. She returned to Miletree Center in 2019 as the Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator and was recently promoted to Director of Nursing. Michelle is passionate and leads by example, providing high-quality, compassionate care for her residents as well as a fair, equitable and positive work environment for her staff. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, farming, fishing and kayaking.
