The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque is VA contracted!

Our sister lives at The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque so when our father needed rehab there was no question where we would take him. We found the Occupational therapy and Physical therapy staff to be very professional and compassionate with our father. Thanks for taking care of our father.

\r\n\r\nMy mother's experience with The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque has been positive. All of the personnel have been caring and helpful, the building and grounds are well maintained and look good. The dining room is spacious with a great view of the beautiful landscaping and the food was good. The therapists are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They will be our first choice if she needs it in the future.

I have been to The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque in 2016 and 2017 for physical therapy and occupational therapy. The therapy team is great, especially Paul and Sara who helped me through this process. They encouraged me and motivated me to get better and to keep going. Keep up the good work.

Over the past two years, Mary was a part of your family at the Rehab, and she made many new friends during this time. You all cared for her and treated her with compassion and respect. Despite the challenges posed by COVID during this time, we know you all did your best to keep her safe and healthy. While we were there during her final days, it was great to meet each of you in person. Please accept this letter as our final THANK YOU for all you did for Mary. \r\n\r\nI arrived with no motion due to bilateral broken shoulders. I was vey dependent and in a lot of pain. I found caring, kind professionals everywhere I looked in a time of great need. I was well taken care of, kept clean and safe and fed. Thank you so much to the nurses, CNA's, kitchen staff and PT's and OT's, housekeeping. I will never forget your good care.

\r\n\r\nThis letter is to make you aware of some of your staff members that do exceptional work. I was in your facility from July 13th 2022 through July 27th 2002 and fell qualified to judge the work habits of the people that cared for me day and night. All of these people were caring, pleasant and made me as comfortable as possible. When one is taken out of their home and put in a strange environment it is difficult to adjust. These staff members all seem to understand that and did all they could to help me adjust. They are all a credit to your establishment. Please acknowledge the following people individually and publicly in one of your staff meetings. Andranita, Ruben, Maria, Virginia, Dalila, Nadalie, James and Andrew who gave me my meds, and Ben from the kitchen. Then there were those who worked extremely hard to get me ready to go home. PT Shannon, what a great lady, she went over and above to get me in shape. OT Dama also worked hard to get me ready to go home. They are also a credit to your establishment and need to be recognized in the same manner.
