experience we had at the Teays Valley Center when my mother was there for rehabilitation following her surgery.&nbsp; The staff were very attentive to her needs and addressed any concern we had.&nbsp; I was impressed with your protocol to have an initial meeting with the patient and family that included the nursing, rehabilitation, social services and management representatives to discuss what the facility had to offer and the plan of action for her rehabilitation.&nbsp; There was a true concern by your staff to get my mom well, back on her feet and back to her home.&nbsp; Not only was the facility clean and comfortable, but she also enjoyed being there (she really liked her room).&nbsp; I think this says a lot about your facility.&nbsp; The nurses were very attentive and caring.&nbsp; She enjoyed the meals, her only complaint was that she received too much food (ha, ha).&nbsp; Thanks again not only for the Genesis facility but most of all for the caring staff at the Teays Valley
